When does my order ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders. Any order placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day as well. After confirming the order, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your package. You will be emailed a tracking number so you may be aware of the intended delivery date of your package. Depending on the city some packages may arrive as early as 48 hours after receiving the order.

What happens if my address is incorrect?

FearlssBrand is not responsible for non-receipt of items due to mailing address errors ( this includes lost, missing, or non-delivery packages ). Please double check all personal information before confirming your purchase. If your package is returned to FearlssBrand it can be reshipped with an updated address. Customers are responsible for the second shipping invoice if a reship is necessary.

I've tracked my package and it says "Delivered," but I haven't received anything.

Shipping and delivery is the responsibility of the shipping service. If your package says "delivered" but you do not have it, please contact your local {USPS}. FearlssBrand is not responsible for non-receipt of items due to mailing address errors or nondelivery due to postal service errors.

Return Policy

At FearlssBrand we pride ourselves in providing an outstanding and high-quality product. If you find an issue with any of our products we do offer standard returns and exchanges. 

All requests for returns and exchanges must happen within 14 days of receipt of the item ( the day it was delivered to you ). For your item to be eligible for return or exchange, it MUST be in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with all tags and labels properly attached in its original form. For exchanges, you MUST choose a new item that has the same value as the current item. 

To initiate a refund or exchange please contact us at fearlssbrand@yahoo.com. For orders over $200, the customer will be emailed a prepaid shipping label. Any orders under $200 will be invoiced to the customer. Any items that are given as a promotional item, on sale, or discounted in any way are not eligible for refunds. We will be happy to exchange any of these items for an item of equal value for you. Shipping cost is not included in the total refund amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
